Project Introduction
This villa’s whole house customization represents a modern luxury style in our portfolio, where different material elements blend to create unique spaces and exquisite interior details. The design concept emphasizes a modern, high-end atmosphere, using premium materials and clever lighting design to define different functional areas. The cool textures of polished marble and glass complement the warmth of natural wood and soft fabrics, achieving a balance between luxury and comfort.
Spacious Living Room
The living room is the heart of the home, and making it feel spacious and bright is crucial. Polished white marble floors reflect natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A floor-to-ceiling glass wine cabinet serves as both storage and a visual focal point. Neutral cream and white accents are used throughout, while gold trim and dark furniture add highlights. Overall, the living room exudes a spacious and luxurious feel.
Bar & Entertainment Area
The bar area is designed for sophisticated entertainment. A smooth stone island with open-shelf lighting creates an elegant ambiance. Connected to the living room, the bar provides a refined space for relaxation after working or chatting in the living room. It can display a variety of premium wines for enjoyment and appreciation.
Study & Home Office
The study is an ideal space for immersive work and study. Light wood tones and clean lines create a tranquil atmosphere. Custom-designed built-in bookshelves along the wall, incorporating LED lighting, are used to display books and decorative items. Even a small desk was meticulously designed by our team to create an ideal workspace that fully utilizes natural light.
Master Bedroom
The bedroom design prioritizes tranquility and privacy while maintaining style. Highlights include textured glass partitions and wood-slatted walls, adding depth and visual interest to the space. The overall color scheme is soft, dominated by warm grays and earth tones, complemented by modern pendant lights and floor-to-ceiling curtains. Soft light floods the room, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable living environment for the homeowner.
Bathroom
The master bathroom features stylish terrazzo tiles on the walls and floors, paired with a black-framed glass shower door and a minimalist floating vanity, creating a chic and modern style. Each bathroom space showcases our ability to achieve stylistic diversity and customize bathroom designs using different materials. Guest/Secondary Bathroom: The shower area features striking green mosaic tiles, combined with the bright spatial structure, creating a fresh and bright visual focal point.
Home Gym
The gym focuses on health, with a spacious and bright overall design. Natural wood-colored flooring is suitable for various fitness activities, and its anti-slip and protective properties provide excellent protection. For regular exercise, a mirrored wall not only visually expands the space but also helps homeowners correct their posture during workouts. This design aims to create a vibrant and motivating atmosphere, while also providing ample space for aerobic exercise equipment and free weights.
