Start with the room

Which soft furnishing group fits the project?

Room use, light, moisture and traffic narrow the choice before style is discussed. Use these six groups to prepare a shortlist, then confirm the exact material and dimensions against the room plan.

Before requesting a price

Define the same items before comparing quotations

A low figure is not useful if fabric, backing, lining or finishing has been left open. Ask every manufacturer to quote from the same room list and state what is included.

Inside the workshop

From the weaving machine to the finished room

Made-to-size carpets and curtains move through the same checkpoints described above: materials are approved first, weaving and sewing run against the confirmed room list, and finished pieces are checked before packing. These photographs show that work in our workshop and the results in finished rooms.

Who we manufacture for

One room, a repeated room type or a whole building

The required paperwork changes with the job. A homeowner may start with photos and rough sizes; a contractor usually starts with a room schedule; a developer may also need sample approval, phased release and room labels.

Homeowners and Renovators

Share room photos, rough dimensions and reference images. Final window and room measurements should be verified locally before production.

Designers and Contractors

Use room references from the project schedule so sizes, colors, revisions and quotations remain traceable from room to room.

Developers and Hospitality Teams

Repeated room types and phased deliveries benefit from an approved sample, controlled revisions and labels that follow the installation sequence.

From drawings to delivery

How a soft furnishing order is developed

Each step closes a different source of error. The approved list, samples and color references should stay aligned with the pieces that are made, checked and packed.

  1. Send the briefShare the project location, room list, dimensions, quantities and required timing.
  2. Review each roomCheck sizes, windows, light, moisture and missing information.
  3. Select materialsApprove carpet, fabric, backing and lining from samples.
  4. Approve the scopeConfirm quotation inclusions, sizes and finishes before release.
  5. Produce and checkWeave, sew and finish against approved information, then inspect.
  6. Pack and coordinate deliveryRoll, protect and label items, then arrange the agreed shipping scope.

Local review is still required. The project designer, contractor or local installer should confirm final room and window dimensions, subfloor condition, track and fixing positions and applicable local requirements. A reference photograph cannot replace those project decisions.

What the video can and cannot show

  • It shows: carpet textures, curtain fabrics and panel finishes on display.
  • It shows: how materials look and move in a room setting.
  • It does not prove: your final color, weight or dimensions.
  • Final specification: confirmed from physical samples and the approved room list.

Questions before ordering

Custom soft furnishing FAQ

These answers cover the first enquiry. Product-specific commitments belong in the quotation, approved room list and samples.

Can you make carpets and curtains to my room sizes?

Yes. Send the room list with dimensions, the window schedule and reference images. We organize the quotation by room and identify missing information that must be confirmed before production.

Can I order for one home only?

Yes. We work with homeowners as well as designers, contractors, developers and hospitality buyers. The item list, packing and shipping plan are prepared around the actual order and destination.

How are colors and textures confirmed?

Colors and textures are approved from physical samples before production. Screen images are only a starting reference, since light and displays change how fabrics appear.

Which carpet materials are available?

The range includes wool, synthetic and blended carpets in woven, Axminster, berber, flatweave and indoor-outdoor constructions. Availability depends on the size, pattern and quantity required.

Can curtains include lining or blackout options?

Yes. Lining, blackout and interlining options can be supplied with the curtains as one package. The quotation states exactly what is included for each window.

Are samples available?

Most small samples are usually free; you only need to pay for shipping. Sample availability and size depend on the selected material, color and finish.

Do you provide installation?

Items are supplied with labels and available product information in the agreed scope. On-site measurement and installation depend on the location and contract. A local installer should verify final dimensions, subfloor and fixing positions.

Can soft furnishing ship with other building materials?

It can be coordinated with furniture, cabinets or other materials when the order, timing and destination allow combined loading. Packing, container allocation and delivery sequence should be confirmed before production.
