Before requesting a price

Define the same furniture before comparing quotations

A low figure is not useful if dimensions, upholstery, finish or packing has been left open. Ask every manufacturer to quote from the same furniture list and state what is included.

Who we manufacture for

One room, a repeated room type or a whole building

The required paperwork changes with the job. A homeowner may start with photos and rough sizes; a contractor usually starts with a furniture schedule; a developer may also need sample approval, phased release and room labels.

Homeowners and Renovators

Share room photos, rough dimensions and reference images. Final sizes, doorways and access should be verified locally before production.

Designers and Contractors

Use item references from the furniture schedule so dimensions, finishes, revisions and quotations remain traceable from room to room.

Developers and Hospitality Teams

Repeated room types and phased deliveries benefit from an approved sample piece, controlled revisions and labels that follow the installation sequence.

From drawings to delivery

How a custom furniture order is developed

Each step closes a different source of error. The approved list, samples and finish references should stay aligned with the pieces that are made, checked and packed.

  1. Send the briefShare the project location, furniture list, quantities and required timing.
  2. Review each pieceCheck dimensions, room fit, access and missing information.
  3. Select materialsApprove wood, metal, fabric, leather and hardware from samples.
  4. Approve the scopeConfirm quotation inclusions, drawings and finishes before release.
  5. Manufacture and checkProduce against approved information and inspect the agreed items.
  6. Pack and coordinate deliveryProtect, crate and label pieces, then arrange the agreed shipping scope.

Local review is still required. The project designer, contractor or local team should confirm final room dimensions, doorways, access, floor protection and applicable local requirements. A reference photograph cannot replace those project decisions.

Review products before you shortlist

Furniture product walkthrough

Use the product video to review furniture styles, upholstery options and finishes. The exact dimensions, fabric and finish are confirmed separately in the quotation and approved references.

Furniture showroom with sofas and seating on display

What the video can and cannot show

  • It shows: furniture styles, upholstery options and display combinations.
  • It shows: how drawers, hinges and moving parts operate on display pieces.
  • It does not prove: your final fabric color, finish or dimensions.
  • Final specification: confirmed from physical samples and the approved furniture list.

Choose furniture by space

One furniture range, six spaces

The same made-to-order process serves different rooms and project types. These spaces indicate the applications only; final dimensions, materials and finishes are always confirmed against the individual project.

Questions before ordering

Custom furniture FAQ

These answers cover the first enquiry. Product-specific commitments belong in the quotation, approved furniture list and samples.

Can you make furniture to my dimensions?

Yes. Send the furniture list with dimensions, quantities and reference images. We organize the quotation by item and identify missing information that must be confirmed before production.

Can I order furniture for one home only?

Yes. We work with homeowners as well as designers, contractors, developers and hospitality buyers. The product list, packing and shipping plan are prepared around the actual order and destination.

How are fabric, leather and wood finishes confirmed?

Colors and textures are approved from physical swatches or samples before production. Screen images are only a starting reference, since light and displays change how finishes appear.

Which materials are available?

The range includes solid wood, engineered wood and veneer, metal frames, fabric and leather upholstery, with matched hardware. Availability depends on the piece, quantity and specification.

Do the pieces include hardware and fittings?

Handles, hinges, drawer slides and glides can be supplied with the furniture as one package. The quotation states exactly what is included so different suppliers can be compared on the same scope.

Are samples available?

Most small samples are usually free; you only need to pay for shipping. Sample availability and size depend on the selected material, fabric and finish.

Do you provide installation?

Furniture is supplied protected and labelled with available assembly information in the agreed scope. On-site placement and installation depend on the location and contract. A local team should verify access, doorways and floor protection.

Can furniture ship with other building materials?

It can be coordinated with cabinets, doors, windows or stone when the order, timing and destination allow combined loading. Crating, weight distribution and container allocation should be confirmed before production.
