George Group
Made-to-order furniture from China
YoloDeco manufactures made-to-order sofas, beds, tables, chairs, desks and storage furniture for houses, apartments, hotels and commercial projects. Send a furniture list, drawings or reference images; we will confirm dimensions, materials, upholstery, finish and packing before pricing.
Already have a furniture list?Include item names, dimensions, quantities and the room plan. Fabric, leather and wood finishes are approved from samples before production.

Start with the room
Room use, traffic and dimensions narrow the choice before style is discussed. Use these six groups to prepare a shortlist, then confirm the exact piece, material and finish against the room plan.
Living rooms, lobbies and lounges. Confirm dimensions, seat depth, cushion filling and upholstery.
Bedrooms and hotel rooms. Confirm size, headboard, storage options and mattress compatibility.
Dining rooms and restaurants. Confirm seating count, table size, top material and chair finish.
Home offices and workspaces. Confirm size, storage, cable routing and surface material.
Media walls and storage units. Confirm dimensions, TV size, cable management and finish.
Terraces and outdoor lounges. Confirm weather exposure, frame material and cushion fabric.
Before requesting a price
A low figure is not useful if dimensions, upholstery, finish or packing has been left open. Ask every manufacturer to quote from the same furniture list and state what is included.
| Item | Information to confirm | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Room and application | Living room, bedroom, dining, workspace, outdoor or hospitality use. | Decides the construction, materials and durability requirements. |
| Dimensions | Overall sizes, seat heights, table heights and space limits. | Each piece is made to the confirmed dimensions and room plan. |
| Materials | Solid wood, engineered wood, metal frames and panel construction. | “Wood” or “metal” alone does not define how the piece is built. |
| Upholstery | Fabric or leather reference, cushion filling and firmness. | Upholstery defines comfort, appearance and daily maintenance. |
| Finish and hardware | Wood finish, metal color, handles, hinges, slides and glides. | Finishes and fittings are approved from samples before production. |
| Quantity and packing | Piece counts, protection, wooden crating and labels. | Furniture is bulky; packing is part of the supply scope. |
| Delivery scope | Destination city or port, container loading and installation responsibility. | Separates the supplied furniture from freight, site work and other costs. |
A recent furniture order
This hospitality lounge and bar furniture package moved through the same checkpoints described above: pieces were produced to the approved furniture list, checked and packed in the workshop, loaded into the container, and installed on site. The photographs below come from that order.
A made-to-order furniture package produced to approved references, checked before packing and delivered for site installation.
Furniture list, dimensions, materials and samples confirmed before production.
Frames, upholstery and finishes produced against the approved list.
Pieces protected, crated in wood and labelled for the delivery scope.
Crates loaded into the container and the furniture installed on site.

Materials, upholstery and fittings
A style reference is only the start. Frame construction, upholstery, finish and hardware must suit the room, the traffic and the required use.
Frames, legs and tops where a natural look and repairability matter.
Panels and veneered surfaces for stable, consistent furniture bodies.
Chair, table and sofa frames where strength and slim profiles matter.
Upholstery for sofas, chairs and headboards, approved from swatches.
Hardware and textile options
Screen images are not enough for furniture. Wood finish, fabric, leather and hardware are confirmed from physical samples or clear references before production.

Who we manufacture for
The required paperwork changes with the job. A homeowner may start with photos and rough sizes; a contractor usually starts with a furniture schedule; a developer may also need sample approval, phased release and room labels.
Share room photos, rough dimensions and reference images. Final sizes, doorways and access should be verified locally before production.
Use item references from the furniture schedule so dimensions, finishes, revisions and quotations remain traceable from room to room.
Repeated room types and phased deliveries benefit from an approved sample piece, controlled revisions and labels that follow the installation sequence.
From drawings to delivery
Each step closes a different source of error. The approved list, samples and finish references should stay aligned with the pieces that are made, checked and packed.
Local review is still required. The project designer, contractor or local team should confirm final room dimensions, doorways, access, floor protection and applicable local requirements. A reference photograph cannot replace those project decisions.
Review products before you shortlist
Use the product video to review furniture styles, upholstery options and finishes. The exact dimensions, fabric and finish are confirmed separately in the quotation and approved references.
Choose furniture by space
The same made-to-order process serves different rooms and project types. These spaces indicate the applications only; final dimensions, materials and finishes are always confirmed against the individual project.

Questions before ordering
These answers cover the first enquiry. Product-specific commitments belong in the quotation, approved furniture list and samples.
Yes. Send the furniture list with dimensions, quantities and reference images. We organize the quotation by item and identify missing information that must be confirmed before production.
Yes. We work with homeowners as well as designers, contractors, developers and hospitality buyers. The product list, packing and shipping plan are prepared around the actual order and destination.
Colors and textures are approved from physical swatches or samples before production. Screen images are only a starting reference, since light and displays change how finishes appear.
The range includes solid wood, engineered wood and veneer, metal frames, fabric and leather upholstery, with matched hardware. Availability depends on the piece, quantity and specification.
Handles, hinges, drawer slides and glides can be supplied with the furniture as one package. The quotation states exactly what is included so different suppliers can be compared on the same scope.
Most small samples are usually free; you only need to pay for shipping. Sample availability and size depend on the selected material, fabric and finish.
Furniture is supplied protected and labelled with available assembly information in the agreed scope. On-site placement and installation depend on the location and contract. A local team should verify access, doorways and floor protection.
It can be coordinated with cabinets, doors, windows or stone when the order, timing and destination allow combined loading. Crating, weight distribution and container allocation should be confirmed before production.
