Start with the room

Which lighting group fits the project?

Room use, ceiling height and the required mood narrow the choice before style is discussed. Use these six groups to prepare a shortlist, then confirm the exact fixture against the lighting schedule.

Before requesting a price

Define the same fixtures before comparing quotations

A low figure is not useful if drivers, controls, finish or packing has been left open. Ask every manufacturer to quote from the same lighting schedule and state what is included.

Who we manufacture for

One home, a repeated room type or a whole building

The required paperwork changes with the job. A homeowner may start with photos and room sizes; a contractor usually starts with a lighting schedule; a developer may also need sample approval, phased release and room labels.

Homeowners and Renovators

Share room photos, ceiling heights and reference images. A local electrician should verify wiring, voltage and fixing before ordering.

Designers and Contractors

Use fixture references from the lighting schedule so types, finishes, revisions and quotations remain traceable from room to room.

Developers and Hospitality Teams

Repeated room types and phased deliveries benefit from an approved sample fixture, controlled revisions and labels that follow the installation sequence.

From drawings to delivery

How a custom lighting order is developed

Each step closes a different source of error. The approved schedule, samples and finish references should stay aligned with the fixtures that are made, checked and packed.

  1. Send the briefShare the project location, lighting schedule, quantities and required timing.
  2. Review each roomCheck fixture types, ceiling heights, wiring and missing information.
  3. Select fixturesSet sources, drivers, finishes, ratings and controls.
  4. Approve the scopeConfirm quotation inclusions, samples and finishes before release.
  5. Manufacture and checkProduce against approved information and test the agreed items.
  6. Pack and coordinate deliveryBox, palletize and label items with accessories, then arrange shipping.

Local review is still required. The project electrician, contractor or local installer should confirm voltage, wiring, load, fixing, IP requirements and applicable local codes. A reference photograph cannot replace those project decisions.

Lighting showroom walkthrough

Use the showroom video to review fixture styles, finishes and light effects. The exact fixture, driver and finish are confirmed separately in the quotation and approved references.

Lighting showroom with chandeliers and pendants on display

What the video can and cannot show

  • It shows: fixture styles, finishes and lighting effects on display.
  • It shows: how pendants, lamps and controls operate in the showroom.
  • It does not prove: your final brightness, color temperature or dimensions.
  • Final specification: confirmed in the quotation and the approved lighting schedule.

Choose lighting by space

One lighting range, six spaces

The same made-to-order process serves different rooms and project types. These spaces indicate the applications only; final fixtures, ratings and finishes are always confirmed against the individual project.

Questions before ordering

Custom lighting FAQ

These answers cover the first enquiry. Product-specific commitments belong in the quotation, approved lighting schedule and samples.

Can you supply fixtures to my lighting schedule?

Yes. Send the lighting schedule with fixture types, quantities, rooms and reference images. We organize the quotation by fixture and identify missing information that must be confirmed before production.

Can I order lighting for one home only?

Yes. We work with homeowners as well as designers, contractors, developers and hospitality buyers. The fixture list, packing and shipping plan are prepared around the actual order and destination.

Are fixtures matched to my country's voltage?

Fixtures and drivers are prepared against the destination voltage and plug type you confirm. Dimming compatibility should also be stated so drivers and controls can be matched correctly.

Can you supply chandeliers for high ceilings?

Yes. Confirm the ceiling height, drop, size and fixing conditions. Rods, chains, canopy kits and support hardware can be supplied with the fixture as one package.

Do fixtures include drivers and installation accessories?

Drivers, switches, junction boxes, connectors and canopy hardware can be packed with the fixtures. The quotation states exactly what is included so different suppliers can be compared on the same scope.

Are samples available?

Most small samples are usually free; you only need to pay for shipping. Sample availability and size depend on the selected fixture, finish and light source.

Do you provide installation?

Fixtures are supplied with labels and available installation information in the agreed scope. On-site wiring and installation depend on the location and contract. A local electrician should verify voltage, load, fixing and applicable codes.

Can lighting ship with other building materials?

It can be coordinated with furniture, cabinets or other materials when the order, timing and destination allow combined loading. Packing, container allocation and delivery sequence should be confirmed before production.
