YoloDeco supplies toilets, basins, vanities, faucets, showers and bathtubs for houses, apartments, hotels and commercial projects. Send a fixture schedule, bathroom plan or reference images; we will confirm fixtures, finishes, fittings and packing before pricing.
Already have a fixture schedule?Include fixture types, quantities, rooms and rough plumbing positions. Finishes and fittings are confirmed per order before production.

Start with the bathroom
Room use, plumbing positions and traffic narrow the choice before style is discussed. Use these six groups to prepare a shortlist, then confirm the exact fixture against the bathroom plan.

Before requesting a price
A low figure is not useful if fittings, finish, rough-in or packing has been left open. Ask every supplier to quote from the same fixture schedule and state what is included.
| Item | Information to confirm | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Room and application | Family bathroom, guest room, hotel, healthcare or commercial restroom. | Decides the fixture class, durability and rating requirements. |
| Fixture schedule | Fixture types, sizes, quantities and rooms. | Each fixture is supplied against the confirmed schedule. |
| Plumbing positions | Rough-in, water supply and drain positions per fixture. | Wrong rough-in dimensions make fixtures unusable on site. |
| Materials | Ceramic body, solid surface, acrylic, glass and metal finishes. | A material name alone does not define weight, durability or care. |
| Finish | White, black, brushed or polished finishes for fixtures and faucets. | Finishes are approved from samples or clear references. |
| Fittings | Valves, traps, hoses, seats, drains and mounting hardware. | Fittings are part of the supply scope, not an afterthought. |
| Delivery scope | Destination city or port, packing, labels and installation responsibility. | Separates the supplied fixtures from freight, site work and other costs. |
A recent bathroom project
This residential bathroom package moved through the same checkpoints described above: fixtures and finishes were confirmed against the schedule, every item was packed and delivered, and the bathrooms were completed on site. The photographs below come from that project.
A complete bathroom fixture package supplied to approved references and installed on site.
Fixture types, finishes and plumbing positions confirmed per room.
Fixtures and fittings produced and checked against the schedule.
Items packed, labelled and shipped for the agreed scope.
Fixtures installed by the local team and bathrooms completed.

Fixtures, finishes and fittings
A style reference is only the start. Body material, finish, fittings and plumbing compatibility must suit the room, the water supply and the required use.
Toilets and basins in glazed ceramic for daily use.
Vanity cabinets with tops for bathrooms of every size.
Mixers, rain heads and shower sets in matched finishes.
Freestanding and built-in tubs in acrylic or solid surface.
Complete bathroom package
Basins, faucets, shower sets and accessories are supplied together so each bathroom arrives ready for the installation team.

Who we supply
The required paperwork changes with the job. A homeowner may start with photos and rough sizes; a contractor usually starts with a fixture schedule; a developer may also need sample approval, phased release and room labels.
Share bathroom photos, rough dimensions and reference images. A local plumber should verify rough-in, water supply and drainage before ordering.
Use references from the fixture schedule so types, finishes, revisions and quotations remain traceable from room to room.
Repeated bathroom types and phased deliveries benefit from an approved sample fixture, controlled revisions and labels that follow the installation sequence.
From drawings to delivery
Each step closes a different source of error. The approved schedule, samples and finish references should stay aligned with the fixtures that are made, checked and packed.
Local review is still required. The project plumber, contractor or local installer should confirm rough-in, water supply, drainage, waterproofing, fixing and applicable local codes. A reference photograph cannot replace those project decisions.
Review products before you shortlist
Use the product video to review fixture styles, finishes and fittings. The exact fixture, finish and fittings are confirmed separately in the quotation and approved references.
Choose fixtures by space
The same supply process serves different bathrooms and project types. These spaces indicate the applications only; final fixtures, finishes and fittings are always confirmed against the individual project.

Questions before ordering
These answers cover the first enquiry. Product-specific commitments belong in the quotation, approved fixture schedule and samples.
Yes. Send the fixture schedule with types, quantities, rooms and reference images. We organize the quotation by fixture and identify missing information that must be confirmed before ordering.
Yes. We work with homeowners as well as designers, contractors, developers and hospitality buyers. The fixture list, packing and shipping plan are prepared around the actual order and destination.
Send the rough-in and drain positions from the site or the plumbing plan. Fixture dimensions are confirmed against those positions before production, and a local plumber should verify them before ordering.
The range includes toilets, basins, vanity cabinets, faucets, rain showers, shower enclosures and bathtubs, with matched fittings and accessories. Availability depends on the type, finish and quantity required.
Valves, traps, hoses, seats, drains and mounting hardware can be supplied with the fixtures as one package. The quotation states exactly what is included so different suppliers can be compared on the same scope.
Most small samples are usually free; you only need to pay for shipping. Sample availability and size depend on the selected fixture, finish and material.
Fixtures are supplied with labels and available installation information in the agreed scope. On-site plumbing and installation depend on the location and contract. A local plumber should verify rough-in, water supply, drainage and applicable codes.
It can be coordinated with tiles, cabinets or other materials when the order, timing and destination allow combined loading. Packing, container allocation and delivery sequence should be confirmed before production.
